Browns are able to help facilitate your school placing orders ready for the new school year, and taking delivery on specific dates over the summer or delivering at the beginning of September.

Your account can be placed on-hold (to stop deliveries) allowing your books to accumulate up, and then we will release at the appropriate stage to deliver ready for the date you have requested.

Your account will be assigned an in-house Customer Care advisor to monitor your orders and inform you in advance of any item that will not be in the delivery. This will allow you the opportunity to select an alternative isbn or making you aware that the title will deliver at a later date. The books can be delivered with or without servicing hopefully making this a stress-free summer for you.

Before Noon deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost

Orders should be checked upon delivery. Any shortages should be reported to Customer Care. within 7 days of the delivery

Delivery date cannot be less than the expected order date
Date From must be greater than expected order date
Date To must be greater than expected order date
Date To must be greater than Date From

Should your account be set up for departmental separation, your non-serviced items will arrive on the requested date. Jacketed / Serviced orders will follow. Please contact Customer Care for more details
