When Aeon, a member of an underground rebel organisation called the Monicans, is sent to kill Trevor Goodchild (Marton Csokas), the leader of the government, she uncovers a shocking conspiracy which has serious implications for the future of the city.

The cast also includes Frances McDormand, Jonny Lee Miller, Sophie Okonedo and Pete Postlethwaite.
