Professor Marston and the Wonder Women

American biographical film based on the private life of William Moulton Marston and his creation of the famous comic book character, Wonder Woman.

Marston (Luke Evans), inspired by the mistress with whom he shares a polyamorous relationship, Olive Byrne (Bella Heathcote), creates the now famous character under the alias 'Charles Moulton' to protect his professional reputation.

His wife, Elizabeth Holloway Marston (Rebecca Hall) and Olive help to evolve this character into an inspiring superhero, using their own views on feminism and womanhood.

Marston comes up against opposition from those who consider the comic to be morally outrageous, and fights to give Wonder Woman her acceptance and appreciation.
