Apothecary Red (voice of Ryota Suzuki) lives a quiet life in the frontier town of Zoltan, hiding from his past.

Once he was Gideon, brother of the Hero Ruti (Naomi Ozora) and a member of her Hero's Party until he was banished by Ares (Taku Yashiro) without Ruti's knowledge.

When Rit (Kanon Takao), Princess of the Duchy of Loggervia, arrives on Red's doorstep intending to live and work with him, seeking an end to her own adventuring and tiring of her family's power struggles, Red reluctantly agrees.

Meanwhile, all is not well within The Hero's Party and Red, Ruti and Ares will soon cross paths again.
