In 'The Boss Baby' (2017) Tim Templeton (Miles Bakshi/Tobey Maguire) is less than pleased when his parents return home from the hospital with his new baby brother (Baldwin).

When Tim discovers that the baby can not only talk but is also the head of a secret organisation of babies plotting to escape their mundane lives, Tim himself tries to escape in order to tell his parents and reclaim their affection.

When the baby uncovers a plot by the CEO of Puppy Co. however, Tim puts his truth-telling on hold to help save the world from the evil Francis E.

Francis (Buscemi). In 'The Boss Baby 2 - Family Business' (2021) the grown-up Templeton brothers have drifted apart.

Tim (Marsden) is happily married with two daughters while his little brother Ted (Baldwin) is a work-obsessed, successful CEO.

However, when the brothers learn that Tim's infant daughter Tina (Amy Sedaris) is an undercover executive of BabyCorp, they must turn back into children and work together to stop Dr Erwin Armstrong (Jeff Goldblum) from carrying out his evil plan to rid the world of bossy parents.
