The Brokenwood Mysteries: Series 9

All six episodes from the ninth series of the New Zealand crime drama.

The story follows Detective Inspector Mike Shepherd (Neill Rea) after he leaves Auckland to investigate a murder in the fictional, rural town of Brokenwood.

There he is assisted by Detective Constable Kristin Sims (Fern Sutherland), with whom he regularly clashes due to his unconventional crime-solving techniques.

In this series, the detectives investigate when the composer of a musical celebrating the town's history dies on stage.
