Overcoming outdated barriers contributing to inequities that prevented the delivery quality education to all students can be achieved if we are willing to leap forward and catch up to the demands of our current century. The author was inspired by a desire bring the public's attention to innovative ideas she believes will be transformative for achieving a 21st century public education system that leaves no child behind.
