In 2030, police officer Minami Uenozono (voice of Mikako Komatsu) and her android partner Alma (Akari Kito) recover and activate a highly advanced AI weapon known as EX-ARM 00.

It contains the brain of teenager Akira Natsume (Soma Saito) and when he realises the destructive capabilities of EX-ARMs, he joins a team dedicated to putting an end to their existence.
