Neil Garscadden, an American from Ohio, spent several years leading bicycle tours in Tokyo for foreign tourists. ‘The Last Bicycle Tour’ is a telling of the final ride, mixed with memories of past tours. The six-hour ride goes all the way to the other side of Tokyo, to the Imperial Palace and the famous Ginza shopping district. The return trip winds past Tokyo Tower and the izakaya pubs of Shimbashi.
