Garson) and is typical of the science fiction written for the teenagers of that era.

It contains commonly used elements such as robots, rayÆ'?Â?guns, space travel and aliens.

A modern audio adaptation of this story released earlier attempted to modernise this historic classic through use of special effects and orchestration accompanying the narrative.

The authentic pulp style of this piece was nevertheless preserved.
