Gino D'Acampo explores Southern Italy and Sardinia with his wife and three children, wanting his British-born children to explore their Italian roots and see where his passion for food began.

They travel from Sardinia to Naples and Calabria to Puglia, enjoying Italian life and cooking some of Gino's favourite family recipes.
