Following the untimely death of her parents, Isabel Porter (Allie Gallerani) checks herself into the Rosewood Institute, a mental health facility in Baltimore.

Put in the care of Dr Cairn (Franco), Isabel is subjected to a series of extreme procedures designed to alter her personality and control her mind.

However, as her experiences become increasingly violent and disturbing, Isabel soon finds herself in a fight to survive as she looks to escape the clutches of the devious Dr Cairn.
