Pacific designs

This text presents a collection of designs drawn from the varied heritage of Pacific cultures, including those of Australia, New Zealand, the Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea and Micronesia.

The illustrations are carefully researched and based on the close observations of many types of artefacts from pottery and wood carving to textiles, whilst the introduction describes the history of people of Oceania.
