This story is narrated by two very different teenagers, in extraordinarily different worlds.

Arianrhod's world (or Roddy, as she prefers to be called) is one of magic, pageantry and ritual, while Nick's is much more familiar.

But Nick keeps slipping sideways into other worlds, including Roddy's.
