Alex Lutz writes and directs this French comedy in which he also stars.

Alexandre (Lutz) and Jeff (Bruno Sanches) are friends and colleagues who work in an office, satisfied with their simple life.

However, when Alex's old friend Thibault (Tom Dingler) shows up, having become a personal development specialist, Alex is reminded of his childhood ambition to be successful in life.

As he attempts to pursue his dream his friendship with Jeff comes under strain.
