Feature-length compilation of episodes 16-30 of the anime series set in the future when Earth's increasing population forces separate factions to live in space colonies as conflict arises over dwindling resources.

War continues to rage between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon and Gundam pilot Amuro Ray (voice of Tôru Furuya) struggles to cope as he witnesses its horrors firsthand.

Meanwhile, as the Federation ship White Base fights its way to Federation headquarters in Jaburo, Sayla Mass (You Inoue) must confront the mysteries of her past.
