Child in Me

'Child in Me' is an anthology of sixteen short stories, written for adults, on the theme of childhood.

There is a foreword by the author and broadcaster Gloria Hunniford.

Eleven authors have contributed stories on a variety of topics, including peer pressure and 'fitting-in', loss and bereavement, adult memories of childhood, career ambitions, Christmas expectations, and, above all, the ways children interpret the world around them.

All royalties from sales of this book will go to support the work of The Grandparents' Association, a UK based charity that supports grandparents in the care and welfare of their grandchildren.

The Association works with government and local authorities and campaigns with key charities to raise awareness of the needs of grandparents.

These compelling stories reflect all shades of light - and dark - in the realm of childhood.
