After being abandoned by their mother, 27-year-old Rachel (Ben-Shlush) becomes the full-time carer for her younger sister Gabby (Dana Ivgy), who has severe learning difficulties.

When circumstances force Rachel to place Gabby in day care while she's at work, she begins a relationship with her colleague Zohar (Jacob Daniel).
