Danny and Oxide Pang direct this fantasy martial arts action adventure based on the comic book series by Ma Wing-Shing, a sequel to the 1998 film 'Storm Riders'.

In ancient China, the ruthless warlord Lord Godless (Simon Yam) has invaded China, defeating even martial arts expert Nameless (Kenny Ho), and declared himself the country's new ruler.
