The Paleface

Bob Hope stars in this comedy western as Peter Potter, a timid student doing a correspondance course in dentistry while trying to make a living in the wild west.

Seduced one day by a voluptuous and mysterious woman, Potter soon discovers that his new bride is none other than sharpshooter Calamity Jane (Jane Russell), on the trail of a gang of dangerous outlaws, and using Potter as cover while she remains in disguise.

Before long, the inept Potter is caught up in all sorts of wild west antics.
