Lisa Joy writes and directs this US sci-fi thriller starring Hugh Jackman and Rebecca Ferguson.

In a dystopian future, former soldier Nick Bannister (Jackman) works as a private investigator of the mind, helping his nostalgic clients to recover lost memories.

When mysterious cabaret singer Mae (Ferguson) disappears shortly after visiting his office, Nick embarks on an obsessive quest to find her by revisiting her past, where he discovers a tangled web of deception, corruption and murder.

The cast also includes Thandiwe Newton, Cliff Curtis and Daniel Wu.
