Methuen's edition of the "Collected Plays of Bertolt Brecht", in English, is now included in the "World Classics" series.

Each volume contains an introduction and extensive notes, as well as variant versions and relevant texts by Brecht himself.One of a series of eight, this volume features "The Visions of Simone Machard", "Schweyk in the Second World War", "The Caucasian Chalk Circle" and Brecht's adaptation of "The Duchess of Malfi".
