The Wolf Man: Complete Legacy Collection

Collection of seven horror classics produced by Universal Pictures. 'The Wolf Man' (1941) sees Larry Talbot (Lon Chaney Jr.) return home to Wales where he falls in love with local girl Gwen Conliffe (Evelyn Ankers).

When Gwen's friend Jenny (Fay Helm) is attacked by a wolf, Larry attempts to save her.

He kills the wolf but is bitten in the process and transforms into a werewolf the following night.

When he attempts to flee to protect those he loves, tragedy awaits.

In 'Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man' (1943) two grave robbers enter the Talbot family crypt during a full moon and unwittingly resurrect the Wolf Man (Chaney Jr.) who is desperate to find a cure for his lycanthropy.

Believing that Dr. Frankenstein's notes may prove helpful, he travels to his ruined estate and discovers Frankenstein's monster (Bela Lugosi) trapped in the ice beneath his castle.

Meanwhile, Dr. Frank Mannering (Patric Knowles) has pursued Talbot across Europe and has his own plans in mind for both the Wolf Man and Frankenstein's monster...

In 'House of Frankenstein' (1944) Dr. Gustav Niemann (Boris Karloff) is imprisoned for attempting to recreate Dr. Frankenstein's experiments. When he escapes, he revives Count Dracula (John Carradine), the Wolf Man (Chaney Jr.) and Frankenstein's monster (Glenn Strange) as he hopes to be able to use them to gain revenge on his enemies.

In 'House of Dracula' (1945), Count Dracula (Carradine) arrives at the laboratory of Dr. Franz Edelmann (Onslow Stevens) claiming to be seeking a cure for his vampirism.

Meanwhile, Lawrence Talbot (Chaney Jr.) hopes that Edelmann can prevent him from transforming into the Wolf Man again but soon it is Edelmann who is at risk of becoming a monster.

In 'Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein' (1948), baggage clerks Chick (Bud Abbott) and Wilbur (Lou Costello) find themselves in trouble when they realise the crates they are transporting contain Count Dracula (Lugosi) and Frankenstein's monster (Strange).

Lawrence Talbot wants the clerks to help him destroy the evil pair but Dracula aims to transplant Wilbur's brain into the monster.

Trapped in Dracula's castle, can Chick and Wilbur escape with their lives?

In 'Werewolf of London' (1935) botanist Wilfred Glendon (Henry Hull) is attacked and bitten by a strange creature during a trip to Tibet.

He travelled in search of a rare plant nourished by moonlight and manages to find a specimen before he returns home to London.

There he meets fellow botanist Dr. Yogami (Warner Oland) who has also been searching for the plant and claims it can be used as an antidote to lycanthropy.

Glendon is sceptical at first but when he begins to transform, his loved ones are in danger and the plant may be his only hope.

Unfortunately for Glendon however, others are determined to steal the plant from him...

Finally, 'She-Wolf of London' (1946) is set in London in the early 1900s where Phyllis Allenby (June Lockhart) is engaged to be married to Barry Lanfield (Don Porter).

When the city is plagued by a series of brutal murders, Phyllis comes to fear that she is cursed and is responsible for the crimes.

Barry is devoted to Phyllis and as he begins to investigate the case on his own, he uncovers the shocking truth.
