School Thesaurus

This is a thesaurus for the young adult and contains over 5000 entries laid out in the same format as the traditional adult one.

It is, however, more approachable in that the range of synonyms and antonyms is smaller and more precise to enable a quicker search path.

Each entry or headword appears in bold type, followed by a list of synonyms, a list of antonyms (where appropriate) and a sample sentence to show how the primary entry can be used.

If the entry can be used in more than one way, additional synonym lists follow.
