The post-classical Icelandic family saga

This work aims to establish theoretical principles for analyzing the group of late 13th- and 14th- century Islendingasogur (Icelandic family sagas) traditionally designated as post-classical.

First, the medieval period is examined, then the 19th and early 20th centuries are examined.
