Shakuntala Recognized: A Sanskrit Play by Kalidasa.

Shakuntala Recognized is a translation of the Sanskrit play, Abhijyanashakuntalam, by the great poet and playwright Kalidasa.

The plot for this play is based on a tale in the Indian epic Mahaabhaarata.

The tale depicts how India came to be called Bharatavarsha or Bharat, a name that is still official in the Indian languages.
