Linda McCartney fell in love with photography when she discovered the works of Walker Evans, Dorothea Lange, Paul Strand and many others.

Like them, she photographed the human condition, often incorporating her love of nature.

This Diary 2010 focuses on images that reflect her concern for animals and commitment for the conservation of the environment.

Linda McCartney took photographs for more than thirty years.

Her work embraced a wide variety of subjects and has been exhibited in major galleries around the world including the International Center of Photography, New York; the Royal Photographic Society, Bath and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.

She is the author of numerous books including Roadworks, Linda McCartney's Sixties, Linda McCartney: Photographs, Sunprints and two bestselling cookbooks, Linda McCartney's Home Cooking and Linda's Kitchen.

Includes Introduction by Sir Paul McCartney.
