The Solicitor's Handbook is a comprehensive and user-friendly guide to the common law and regulations governing the conduct of solicitors.

The 2024 edition has been updated to take account of all the key developments which have taken place since the publication of the 2022 edition. The chapters dealing with the SRA Codes of Conduct have been extensively rewritten to ensure that the relevant provisions are easy to access.
