This is a 2023 reissue of the old book "Khrushchev Goes To Disneyland." The old version was produced hastily.

I realized that I wanted to redesign the cover and use what was already the casually-referred-to title of the book.

Additionally, most of my current works come with blocked paragraphs which are not only easy on the eyes but easier to convert into ebooks.

In any case, the story remains the same: A poet who doubles as a history buff was always unhappy that, back when he was young, Khrushchev left the US feeling flustered.

It had turned out that Khrushchev had always wanted to go to Disneyland, but, upon arrival in the US, it turned out that government officials determined that taking a controversial foreign leader to Disneyland posed certain security risks. And thus the trip was called off. The history buff and poet had wondered what it would be like to rewrite history in such a way as to get Khrushchev to go back in time and life his fantasy. (The author, by the way, grew up within miles of Disneyland and had been there over a hundred times, so the concept was very personal to him.) Needless to say, the work is a farce and has a lot of absurdist humor and theological comedy that would make a lot of sense to students of Buddhism, Christianity and Existentialism.
