The football hall of fame : the ultimate guide to the greatest footballing legends of all time (New ed)

The National Football Museum collects, preserves and interprets this unique heritage for the public benefit.

Football is the people's game and the museum has a key role to play in social inclusion, widening the audiences for museums and their services. The National Football Museum opened to the public in February 2001.

The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) provided GBP9.3 million of the total initial funding of GBP15 million required to create the Museum.
