It is aimed particularly at small to medium sized businesses.

It comprises a wallet containing 40 xeroxable sheets each containing a ready-written clause.

Employers can create "made to measure" employment contracts by simply selecting the relevant clauses.

Also inlcuded is an A5 explanatory book explaining why contracts are necessary, what they must include, the respective rights of employers and employees and what to do if things go wrong. the appendix will include recent ACAS guidelines on discipline at work.
