Higher psychology : approaches and methods

Tailored to the curriculum of the Scottish Qualifications Authority, this text aims to develop the ability in readers to understand and explain the main theoretical approaches and research methods in psychology, and to interpret, analyse and critically evaluate, theories, evidence and methods. It should be suitable for students of the compulsory approaches and methods unit of the Higher Psychology course as well as mature Intermediate students, those doing Higher National Psychology Unit A, and anyone new to psychology at university level.
