After finding an unnamed teenager (Michael Burns) in a nearby rainy Vancouver park, Frances Austen (Dennis) invites him to accompany her back home.

In her pursuit of love and affection, and to assuage her long-time loneliness, Frances imprisons the boy and cares for his every need and desire.

But her own desires soon take over as her possession of him grows increasingly obsessive and she goes to great lengths to get what she wants...
