British horror directed by Jose Ramon Larraz. The film follows Anne (Lorna Heilbron) as she accepts an invitation from her friend Helen (Angela Pleasence) to join her at her dreary home in the English countryside.

Shortly after she arrives, the pair's relaxing retreat is shattered by the appearance of the estate's caretaker Brady (Peter Vaughan) and Helen is driven to a jealous, murderous rage when events from her past come back to haunt her.
