A Tale of Two Kitties

Bear and Mittens couldn't be more different! They share a home, but they don't share ideas about how to have fun.

Bear wants adventures. She wants to pretend she's a pirate sailing the open sea, a pilot flying high in the sky, or a mountaineer scaling mountains.

Mittens, on the other hand, prefers quiet, slow-paced activities. She would rather curl up on a cushion, hop on a lap for a cozy pet, or sit at the window and watch the birds.

This sweet story in rhyming verse shows us what can happen if we learn to play a little outside of our comfort zones. Even the most different of people can be the best of friends.
