The "ITQ Student's Workbook" is a brand new textbook designed specifically to support ITQ, the NVQ for IT users, at Level 2.

Covering all the core and optional units at Level 2, each chapter: outlines what is required to pass each unit; and gives all the information and explanation needed to ensure you are confident with the skill, feature or technique being focused on.

It includes numerous practice tasks and assignments that simulate the workplace environment and which can be used in your evidence portfolio.

The "ITQ Student's Workbook" references the Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft XP operating systems and the Microsoft Office 2000 and Microsoft Office XP software packages.
