The Nursing Associate (NA) role was developed following the outcome of the Shape of Caring Review (Health Education England 2015) which showed that there was a knowledge and skills gap between healthcare assistants and registered nurses. This resource is for you if you are training to be a Nursing Associate or are now qualified.
