The Future of North-South Relations : Towards Sustainable Economic and Social Development

This work was written by members of the Forward Studies Unit of the EC in response to the perceived need for the Community to consider Europe in the global international context.

It discusses the changes that have, and are still taking place in north-south relations, as well as development prospects, a possible global strategy and a European strategy for sustainable economic and social development.
