I Spy : Collection

An anthology of fiction and non-fiction extracts showing the different ways in which writers have viewed the world we live in.

This collection has been specifically selected for classroom use to support the Framework for Teaching English. The anthology includes thought-provoking writing from authors as diverse as James Boswell, Gerald Durrell, Flora Thompson and Dorothy Wordsworth.

It deals with themes such as growing up, families, disability, the individual and society.

The genre and text types it covers include: personal viewpoints on society, autobiography/recount and reportage.
