Maybe you were fist pumping for your team in the Stanley Cup playoffs, or cheering on your children at their soccer game, or maybe you just had a moment when you needed to hug a friend.

At times our bodies speak louder than our words. The same is true in our relationship with God.This book seeks to examine a number of different accounts in the Bible where in encounters with God people's bodies communicated what their lips could not.

It invites us through some practical exercises at the end of each chapter to give our bodies opportunity to express themselves before the Lord in postures described in each chapter.
