Ian wakes up in an unfamiliar room, or so he thinks; he doesn't seem to remember much of his past. As he tries to figure out what's happening, he realizes that many others are in the same situation.
Together, they discover they have something in common: to survive, they must inject themselves daily with a serum, and that's when the problems arise.
Questions erupt like volcanic lava in the minutes and hours that pass: Who brought them here? Why? Why are there so many strange noises and screams coming from behind the encampment walls?
They begin a desperate search for survival, but when the gates of the encampment finally open, they realize a shortage of doses is the least of their worries.
