This book, co-published with the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, provides a research-validated model to guide improvement efforts in secondary education.

The conceptual design includes improvement strategies and organizational structures to facilitate implementation of the strategies, and are tied directly to the components of a functioning secondary school.
