Frankie swore he was in love with the gorgeous torch singer.

He had no idea who would kill Sharlize. But after finding the beautiful bird dead in her apartments, Crowlock discovers Sharlize had secrets of her own; secrets that included his most trusted friend Dr. John Duckson. Crowlock will have to find out about Dr. Duckson's involvement with the lovely bird. But before he can question his partner, Dr. Duckson goes missing, with only a note left behind, jammed into the Baker Street front door by a large, deadly knife.

It is a threat to Crowlock, to leave things alone, signed by a mysterious Professor M.
