Life as a son to a controlling, overbearing, self-obsessed mother is bad enough and you'd probably want to get away as soon as you were old enough; but what if your parent had Narcissistic Personality Disorder? What if they had made everyone around you their enemy, prevented you from ever having close friends or a girlfriend, and had brainwashed you into thinking that the only reason you even exist was so that they could live off of you financially and have you deal with all the crap they caused but were unable to sort out themselves, well what then?

Based on true experiences, this book is an (often comically sarcastic) account of a son's life under the thumb of a mother with Narcissistic Personality Disorder and how he finally managed to realise the truth and break free, the lessons he learnt and how you - if you're in a similar situation - can break free also.
