Each chapter takes you a step deeper in knowing Christ in a meaningful and life-changing way.

What the world needs are spiritual leaders whose personal lives, character, and relationships have been deeply transformed by Jesus Christ. "Being" must come before "doing." Being a disciple of Jesus who continuously grows in His grace necessarily precedes doing the work of spiritual leadership.

The person who increasingly responds to Christ in his or her personal life will inevitably influence others to do the same.

This is the essence of spiritual leadership. Recognizing that effective leadership must emanate from the leader's personal life, much attention is given to becoming a person who wholeheartedly loves Christ.
