World Book Day - Secondary Anthology

World Book Day, Evans Publishing and some of the biggest names in children's books (including Philip Reeve, Linda Newbery, Justin Somper, Sarah Webb, Andy McNab and Roger McGough) have once again created a fabulous illustrated short story competition for secondary schools all around the country.

This year there's a poetry element, so every school will receive a first line from a famous author and opening lines to a poem from Roger McGough.

It's then up to the schools to decide which their students finish. The best judged stories/poems of each of the opening lines will be published in this delightful anthology.
