Offering an introduction to the tools, techniques and methods of systems analysis and design, this book is expected to be used on BTEC HND/C Computer Studies, Software Engineering and BIT, first and second-year computing degree courses, and short courses in systems analysis and design.

A free Lecturers' Supplement is provided. Assuming no prior knowledge of the subject, the book contains a teaching course up to a level at which the student can apply the skills in a practical, realistic context.
