Employment Law Simulations : Bridge to Practice

This employment law supplement enables students to apply employment law concepts in a realistic lawyering context. Simulated practice problems facilitate the development of fact-finding, analytical, advocacy, ethical client counseling, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Research exercises expand student research skills and reinforce the importance of state law and administrative law and guidance. The twenty-two exercises address employment discrimination, wages, hours, conditions of work, individual employment rights, and group terminations.
