In 1973 at the age of 10 Danny's father was brutally murdered by the IRA whilst serving with the Security Forces in Ulster during 'The Troubles'.

Twenty years later, whilst investigating a robbery in North Londonas a Detective Sergeant with the Metropolitan Police, he uncovers a tenuous link to the IRA Cell responsible for his father's death.

Whilst following thisinformationhe attracts the attention of a Senior Police Officer from the Royal Ulster Constabulary tasked with reinvestigating unsolved Murders from the 'Troubles'.

After securing an attachment to the RUC, Danny (a former Paratrooper) returns to hisbirthplace with a licence to investigate, evaluate the evidence and bring those responsible for many atrocities tojustice... or does he?In this thriller, based on actual incidents experienced by the author, the reader is taken on a roller-coaster of deadly assassinations, bombings and IRA and security services ambushes.
