Palatine: Heir

Beorn Celamine is taking on his father's mantle as Palatine, a order of elite bodyguards tasked on protecting the higher class of society using whatever they have in their arsenal, high tech weaponry or powerful magics.

After Benedict, Beorn's father died he is forced to leave the rest of his family and is transported to the city of Helhaim where he is tasked to protect Vassal Richore Fe Raue's daughter, Emmaline.

As a Watchman however, Beorn realizes that perhaps she doesn't need his protection.

Together the pair have to solve a string of awful murders of women.
